Appetizers

Chicken Satay Skewer
Chicken marinated in ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil with a peanut dipping sauce.

Crab Cakes
Mini cakes made with fresh crab, served with tangy remoulade.

Crostini
Toasted baguette slices with creamy ricotta, seasonal fruit, and assorted garnishes.

Deviled Eggs
Choose from smoked salmon, bacon, traditional, or chipotle variations.

Lettuce Cups
Ground pork (or chicken) flavored with lemongrass, fish sauce, and ginger, served in crisp lettuce cups.

Mac ‘n’ Cheese Balls
Homemade Gouda, parmesan, and American Mac ‘n’ cheese breaded and fried.

Oysters
Freshly shucked, served with mignonette and hot sauce.

Philly Cheese Steak Eggrolls
Sliced steak, American/Cheddar cheese, grilled peppers and onions with spicy mayo.

“Pig in a Blanket”
Miller’s Beef Hot Dog stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno jelly with bacon jam.

Shrimp Cocktail
Juicy shrimp paired with homemade horseradish cocktail sauce.

Sliders – Burger
Mini cheese burger on a Brioche bun.

Pulled pork shoulder, BBQ Sauce and coleslaw on a Brioche bun.

Stuffed Dates
Blue cheese-stuffed dates wrapped in crispy bacon and glazed with honey-balsamic.

Vegan Egg Rolls
Napa cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, snap peas and Hoison with a sesame ginger dipping sauce.

Choose from BBQ, Buffalo, Teriyaki, or Honey Mustard, served with your choice of Ranch, Blue Cheese, BBQ or Honey Mustard dipping sauces.

Creamy brie topped with candied pecans and dried fruit, served with crackers and crostini.

Charcuterie Platter
A perfect blend of savory and sweet, featuring premium cured meats like prosciutto, Coppa, and salami. Paired with seasonal fruits, honey, crisp crostini, and artisanal crackers, this platter offers a sophisticated and delicious experience for any occasion.

Crisp romaine with Parmesan, black pepper, garlic, lemon, anchovies, and homemade croutons.

Tossed with seasonal fruit, shaved Parmesan, almonds, and a sherry-honey vinaigrette.

Coleslaw with Green Apple, Fennel and Red Radish topped with a tangy coleslaw dressing.

Little Gem Lettuce Salad
Tossed with vegan green goddess dressing, homemade croutons, pickled onions, and chives.

Pasta Salad
Al dente pasta tossed with juicy cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, colorful bell peppers, Kalamata olives, creamy feta cheese, and a tangy homemade vinaigrette.

Choose from carnitas, carne asada, or chicken tinga, with flour or corn tortillas, refried or black beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese.

BBQ Feast
